LITTLE DEBBIE® INTRODUCES LEMON MERINGUE ROLLS AND COCONUT CREME ROLLS

Collegedale, Tenn. — McKee Foods introduces new Little Debbie Lemon Meringue Rolls and Coconut Creme Rolls to consumers across the United States. They offer consumers traditional dessert flavors in a format familiar with Little Debbie consumers. The rolls are sold in a family pack format consisting of six individually-wrapped dessert rolls. Marked with a suggested retail price of $1.59, they are a great value.

“Little Debbie Lemon Meringue Rolls and Coconut Creme Rolls offer time-starved consumers a great-tasting, ready-to-eat solution to their dessert dilemma,” says Little Debbie Product Manager Chip Stenberg.

Lemon Meringue Rolls are made with lemon-flavored jelly and vanilla creme rolled in a moist yellow cake and topped with a distinctive stripe.

Coconut Creme Rolls contain coconut flakes and vanilla creme rolled in a moist yellow cake and are also topped with a stripe.

New Lemon Meringue Roll and the Coconut Creme Roll will be available to consumers in stores Nationwide on July 28, 2006.
