In fact, every batch of every product we make is sampled for quality by our employees before it leaves the plant.
- We use state-of-the-art equipment and procedures to monitor food safety every step of the way. McKee Foods has a long history of innovation, and we’re proud that the tradition is with us today. Our food-safety control points even reach beyond the manufacturing process, from the purchasing of ingredients until the finished product is loaded onto trucks for delivery.
- Our employees receive thorough training before they step onto the production floor. But quality and food safety is too important to leave in orientation, so we continue to refresh that training throughout each production employee’s career at McKee Foods.
